Description

The operation shall comprise: - The cleaning of the current building, as well as any prior interior asbestos removal (outside the scope of this contract, managed by another EOM, called EOM cleaning) - A drilling of the slab will be carried out between the ground floor (GDR) and level R-1 in order to allow the entry of natural light into the latter by a hopper with an estimated surface area of approximately 80m2, - The redesign of the ground floor with the creation of a large space dedicated to the collective, - The development of workspaces, to move from an organization in individual offices to a flex office layout on floors R+1 to R+7, and common spaces in R+8, - The upgrading of the building to meet the tertiary decree and BACS, - According to the conclusions of the diagnoses and studies to respond to the tertiary decree, the replacement of the exterior joinery of the building (optional to this contract). The work will be carried out in two phases: - A preliminary cleaning and preparatory work phase, led by a separate project manager (outside the scope of this contract), scheduled to start in December 2025, after the relocation of staff, - A redevelopment work phase, led by a design consortium (subject of this contract), to be completed before the transfer of staff to the renovated premises at the end of Q2 2027.
