Poland-Łódź: Demolition, site preparation and clearance work
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the Reconstruction of the streets of clean, composting, honorary, misleading and mobile streets.
The subject-matter of the contract includes, inter alia, the reconstruction of streets: Clean from ul. Admiralska do ul. Pofruit – compost from ul. Chochoła do ul. Lechicka – Honorova from ul. Currants to ul. Fishing – false from ul. Mobile to ul. Compliant – Widnej from ul. Mobile to ul. In a compatible compost street, the Contracting Authority abandons the construction of a parking bay between ul. Chochoła a ul. The contracting authority shall introduce the following materials on surfaces: — exits – non-phasted ‘Holland’ type concrete cube, gr. 8 cm, grey, – pavements – concrete tiles 25x25 cm, gr. 8 cm, grey in colour, – for streets with pavement of a concrete cube (Honorn, compost, clean) concrete cube, non-phased “Holland” type, pitched in a fir, red colour.

2.The contracting authority reserves that, wherever the design documentation and STWIORB, which describe the subject-matter of the contract, are indicated in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall accept methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. equivalent to those shown in the description of the subject-matter of the contract. It is therefore permissible to propose in the tender any equivalent market equivalent with characteristics not worse than those indicated by the Contracting Authority. The parameters of the specified standard define the minimum technical, operational, operational, quality and functional conditions to be met by the subject-matter of the contract. The trade marks, patents, brands or manufacturer’s names indicating origin only identify the class of the product, methods, materials, equipment, systems, technology, etc. The tender may accept methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. of other brands and manufacturers, but with technical, quality and performance and functional characteristics corresponding to the methods, materials, appliances, systems, technologies, etc. described in the ToR. In addition, the Contracting Authority stresses that equivalent methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. must not be substitutes for the methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. described in the design documentation and STWIORB by means of trade marks, patents, origin.
