Description

Cleaning service for external paved surfaces and green spaces in military units, institutions and facilities located in 16 WOG Drawsko Pomorskie
General requirements
(1) Maintenance of paved areas.
(2) Continuous and ongoing maintenance of lawns and clombs, rebate
flowers and scalers
(3) Fixed and ongoing hedge care
(4) Maintenance of fire lanes around storage facilities.
2. Cleaning system:
(1) Lawn mowing, maintenance of flower rebates and scalers, mineralisation of fire strips, mowing of fire strips. action carried out at the written request of a person designated by the Contracting Authority, from Monday to Thursday, during working hours from 07.00 to 15.30 and on Fridays from 07.00 to 13.00, watering planted flowers, shrubs and trees as required (but at least three times a week);
(2) Disposing of snow and ice from hardened areas and sanding (using chemicals) of pedestrian and vehicle traffic lines
car, immediately after the occurrence of snowfall, golfed
and ice-creaming of the surface at a frequency that ensures safe movement (regardless of the time of the day)
In its tender, the contractor must provide that the services must be performed on all days of the week (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) in the area of responsibility of the 16th Military Economic Branch in Drawsko Pomorskie (GZ Miorosławiec, GZ Wałcz, GZ Złocieniec, GZ Drawsko Pomorskie).

(1) Annex 1 to the ToR – Technical specifications for execution and acceptance
(2) Annex 2 to the ToR – scope of cleaning and list of external surfaces (Mirosławiec, Wałcz, Złocieniec, Drawsko Pomorskie).
