Delivery of foodstuffs to organisational units of the Płońsk District for 2026
1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of food products over a period of 12 months, i.e. from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026. The following organisational units of the Płońsk County are covered by this order: 1) First High School ul. Płocka 56, 09-100 Płońsk, 2) Stanisław Staszic School Complex No 1 in Płońsk, ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 8, 09-100 Płońsk, 3) Special Educational and Educational Centre in Płońsk, ul. Youth 11/A , 09-100 Płońsk, 4) Special Educational and Educational Centre in Joniec, Joniec 50, 09-131 Joniec, 5) School Complex in Raciąż, ul. Kilińskiego 64, 09-140 Raciąż, 6) Social Welfare House in Karolinowo, Karolinowo 38, 09-120 Nowe Miasto, 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract are: Assortment-quantitative lists (Annexes No 1.1- 1.8.), Quality requirements for foodstuffs (Annex No 1A) and Purchaser's supply requirements (Annex No 1B). 3. The Contractor undertakes to deliver fresh, wholesome products of proper quality in the first grade, produced in accordance with the applicable standards, within the time, quantities and assortment specified by the Ordering Party. Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party as to the quality of food products being the subject of the contract, in accordance with the part of the contract, are specified in Annex 1A. 4. Quantities of food products specified in the Assortment and Quantity Lists (Annexes No 1.1-1.8) are estimated quantities determined on the basis of an analysis of the Customer's needs and do not constitute an obligation on the part of the Customer to purchase the given quantity. The quantities of individual articles as part of the delivery may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, to which the Contractor agrees and will not pursue claims for quantitative and type changes during the performance of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party may freely reduce the number of ordered items being the subject of the contract below the quantities estimated in the List depending on the needs. The Ordering Party may also increase the number of ordered items depending on its own needs up to the limit of its financial resources. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase other food products than those listed in the Assortment and Quantity Lists at the prices applicable in the Contractor's price list on the day of placing the order by the Ordering Party up to the limit of the financial resources held. 6. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the weights specified in the Assortment and Quantity List within ± 20% of the package size only if there are no products on the market in packages of the indicated weight. 7. The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the delivered articles and guarantees that the delivered articles have a shelf life in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. The ‘use by’ date shall be indicated on legible labels on the packaging of the products or attached to the batch delivered. Detailed requirements regarding the expiration date are set out in Annex 1A to the FTZ. 8. In the case of illegible labels, the Contractor undertakes to collect the food as not meeting the quality requirements at his own expense and exchange it for defect-free food on the terms set out in the model contract. 9. The food supplied must be marked with a visible, legible and indelible identification code assigned by the manufacturer, enabling the identification of the food from the production batch, in accordance with the applicable provisions of food law. 10. The Contractor is obliged to carry out deliveries by his own transport or by transport ordered at his own expense and risk to the place indicated by the employee of the unit, in accordance with Annex 1B to the FTZ. 11. The contractor is also obliged to unload and bring food products. 12. The Contractor is obliged to ensure proper transport of food products in a way that does not adversely affect the suitability for consumption of the products, their nutritional, taste and quality qualities. Deliveries will be carried out by transport meeting the requirements necessary for the transport of food products, adapted to the transport of food and corresponding to the applicable regulations in this area, sanitary requirements. The Contractor assumes full responsibility for the quality of the delivered goods, the completeness of the assortment and the conformity of the deliveries with the order and bears all legal consequences in this respect. 13. Throughout the period of performance of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to have a decision of the competent authority appropriate for the selected products, in particular the Veterinary Inspectorate or the State Sanitary Inspectorate, concerning the possibility of producing or marketing the type of products which are the subject of the contract. 14. The Contractor undertakes to prove at each request of the Ordering Party that he has ensured the required level of food safety for the batch of delivery he has made, in particular, he undertakes to submit to the Ordering Party appropriate documents certifying that the food supplied by him is authorised for trade and consumption in the Republic of Poland (including an appropriate certificate from the competent veterinarian certifying that the meat delivered has been subjected to appropriate examination and is suitable for safe consumption) and that the transport of this food has taken place in accordance with the provisions and standards in force in this respect. 15. Foodstuffs which are the subject of the contract, their method of packaging and transport conditions must comply with the provisions in force in this respect.
