Description

Background and scope
The procurement includes a concept training for municipal managers in developmental leadership (UL). Developing leadership is based on the transformative leadership and is a course based on the leadership model of the Swedish Defence University.
Developing leadership, UL, is a registered trademark and UL courses may only be conducted by specially trained and competent supervisors (consultants) who are trained by and registered in the Swedish Defence University's supervisor register.
The municipality should also be able to call for renewed ULL, (FULL) which is the assessment form for personal feedback in developing leadership, for the participants who have previously attended the training and for future participants.
The concept courses shall always be led by supervisors (consultants) who have been approved by the Swedish Defence University to lead UL courses.
