Description

CEA Grenoble plans to acquire a VGF (Vertical Gradient Freeze) growth furnace. This equipment must enable large-scale monocrystalline CZT (Cadmium Zinc Tellure) ingots to be produced. The equipment manufacturer must be able to present one or more production references for CZT growth furnaces producing monocrystalline CZT ingots with a minimum diameter of 120 mm and a minimum height of 50 mm. Its use must be particularly suitable for R&D and pre-production activities in the field of materials for detection in Infra-Rouge Refroidi. The contract shall comprise: Basic equipment, a mandatory costing option relating to the extension of the warranty by an additional year beyond the legal warranty of one year.
