Description

The contract is for the purchase and development of land at West Langlands Street, Kilmarnock, from McTaggart and Mickel Homes Ltd. The company will be awarded the contract to develop the site.
The proposed development will comprise of several 1 and 3 bedroom houses, some with wheelchair access together with a number of 2 and 1 bedroom flats and associated access roads, footpaths and car parking area.
The inclusion of the development site at West Langlands Street, all as detailed within East Ayrshire Council's proposed Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2012-2015, was approved on 6.2.2013.
