The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of vegetables and fruit for a period of 12 months in the assortments and quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ, i.e. according to the tasks as follows: Task 1: Supply of peeled potatoes; Task 2: Fruit and vegetable deliveries – summer period (1 May to 15 November); Task 3: Delivery of fruit and vegetables – winter period (from 16 November to 30 April) The Contracting Authority informs that in the procedure conducted under the open tendering procedure, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority, using the above-mentioned procedure, will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
