Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Utrzymanie czystości i porządku na terenie Chełmskiego Centrum Aktywności Gospodarczej, 2) Obsługa techniczna i administracyjna nieruchomości ChCAG. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: 1) Projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące załącznik nr 2 do Zaproszenia. 2) Szczegółowy opis usług administracyjno-porządkowych w ChCAG stanowiący w załącznik nr 1 do umowy. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia oraz standardy usług określają następujące dokumenty: a) standardy usług, stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do Umowy, b) spis materiału roślinnego na terenie ChCAG, stanowiący Załącznik nr 3 do Umowy, c) projekt zagospodarowania terenu ChCAG w skali 1:500, stanowiący Załącznik nr 4 do umowy, d) projekt zagospodarowania dróg z podziałem na nawierzchnie na terenie ChCAG, stanowią-cy załącznik nr 5 do umowy.
