Description

The contract is in accordance with ust. 35 The PPA is divided into 3 parts according to the place of supply of the service, as follows: Part 1: The subject of performance is the maintenance of plots of land owned by the Statutory City of Ostrava, which are located on the territory of the municipal district of Poruba. This concerns the maintenance of the plots of land listed in Annex 1 to the contract, including: mowing grass areas and digging up leaves, including collecting and transporting grass with leaves to the appropriate collection point; year-round cleaning of grass areas from airborne municipal waste; the collection and collection of fallen branches, including the collection of branches after trimmings carried out by citizens and their transport to the relevant collection point The specification of the subject of performance is set out in the draft contract for work – Annex 5.1 to the tender specifications. Part 2: The subject of performance is the maintenance of plots of land owned by the Statutory City of Ostrava, which are located on the territory of the municipal district of Poruba and further in the area of the community center Everybody Together, which is located in the cadastral territory of Pustkovec. This concerns the maintenance of the plots of land referred to in Annex 1 to the contract, including: mowing grass areas and digging up leaves, including collecting and transporting grass with leaves to the appropriate collection point; year-round cleaning of grass areas from airborne municipal waste; the collection and collection of fallen branches, including the collection of branches after trimmings carried out by citizens and their transport to the relevant collection point The specification of the subject of performance is set out in the draft contract for work – Annex 5.2 to the tender specifications. Part 4: The subject of performance is the maintenance of plots of land owned by the Statutory City of Ostrava, which are located on the territory of the municipal district of Poruba.
