The Medical Service of Bavaria is planning a selection assessment before filling management positions, as well as a development programme for all existing managers, which will be initiated with a development assessment. The MD thus pursues two objectives: - To find suitable candidates for vacancies accurately and validated - To enable existing managers to fulfil their managerial responsibilities in an ideal way. Especially in the face of increasing uncertainty regarding future challenges, it is important not only to pay attention to current skills of managers, but also to identify and develop their potential for change.
