Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services in the scope of providing disabled pre-school children and disabled students residing in the city of Puszczykowo with free transport and care during transport to and from: a kindergarten, primary school or other establishment referred to in Article 2(7) of the Education Law Act of 14 December 2016 (Journal of Laws 2024.737, consolidated text), on the following routes: 1) Puszczykowo – PoznaƄ 2) Puszczykowo – Mosina The subject-matter of the contract includes the systematic, regular delivery of handicapped children residing in the city of Puszczykowo (on the route home – school/kindergarten – home) on all days of operation of schools and educational institutions, which enable children to carry out their compulsory schooling during the period of schooling, excluding children’s days of incapacity. Disabled children with a disability certificate are transported: - children in kindergartens, - children (pupils) in primary schools and special schools and educational centres. The total number of days of service provided is estimated at 400 days for the entire duration of the contract. The number of days may change after deducting days off from didactic and educational classes. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting a tender for the entire subject of the contract or submitting a tender for one of the two parts of the subject of the contract, according to the division set out above.
