Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) dostawa energii elektrycznej na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku Prawo energetyczne oraz na wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych, b) rozliczenie nadwyżek energii elektrycznej wytworzonej w instalacjach odnawialnego źródła energii OZE wskazanych w załączniku nr 1 do OPZ, która została wprowadzona do sieci miejscowego OSD wraz z usługą bilansowania handlowego na zasadach określonych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 7 do SWZ przedmiotowego postępowania.
