Supply of hardware and software equipment for the development of the cyber security system for the implementation of the project ‘Ensuring cyber protection for both public and private ICT infrastructures with critical valences for national security through the use of smart technologies’, financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan – component C7 – Digital Transformation, Investment I12. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the contracting authority-acquirer sets the deadline within which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, i.e. within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The procuring authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
