The subject matter of the contract is ‘Supply of computer configurations, laptops, toners for laser printers, books and textbooks (academic literature, thematic development literature) and the production of a website design for the activities of project BG051PO001-4.3.04-0045 ‘Development of electronic forms of distance learning in the field of advanced industrial technologies for the teaching process of the Ministry of Telecommunications at TU Sofia’ in performance of the activities under contract No BG051PO001-4.3.04-0045 ‘Cooperation with industry for the improvement of training at the Technical University of Sofia (TU – Sofia) in measuring techniques and quality management’ under the Operational Programme ‘Development of Human Resources’:
— Lot 1: Supply of computer configurations;
— Lot 2: Supply of laptops and tablets;
— Lot 3: Production of web design of the site;
— Lot 4: Provision of academic and thematic development literature;
— Lot 5: Supply of toner cartridges for laser printers.
The activities covered by this contract shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Community and national legislation in force and with particular reference to the acts in the field of the EU Structural and Cohesion Funds.
The toner cartridges offered must be new, unused and not recycled, original by the manufacturer of the intended technique. They must comply with the technical requirements applied in the documentation and correspond to the types and brands indicated.
The tenderer must be authorised by the producer company or its official representative to distribute and sell in Bulgaria the consumables corresponding to the subject matter of the lot.
The toner cartridges shall conform to the description given by the contracting entity – the letter/numerical combination of the product number according to the Technical Proposal or a fully equivalent technical product number explicitly declared by the manufacturer shall be complied with.
— Expiry date.
The remaining shelf life of the toner cartridges supplied shall not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery of the item concerned. The minimum shelf life of 12 months should be available on the date on which a two-way delivery report is drawn up without comments on the delivery of the toner-consumables concerned.
