Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa wyrobów z włókniny lub folii Zad. 1 – Ścierki sterylne do osuszania rąk Zad. 2 – Maski jednorazowego użytku Zad. 3 – Fartuchy chirurgiczne barierowe sterylne Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Częściami zamówienia są poszczególne zadania określone powyżej, tzn. zadania od 1 do 3. Zamawiający informuje, że Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę do maksymalnie 3 zadań (bez ograniczania ilości zadań na jednego Wykonawcę) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik 2b do SWZ.
