Description

The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement for web design, hosting and maintenance / SEO / Online advertising / Web analytics, Tag Manager and website dashboarding The contract is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1 “Web design, hosting and maintenance of websites managed by Wit-Gele Kruis” It builds on the existing website that was launched in 2015 and has evolved since then. The website is currently running on Drupal 9. We expect the service provider of this lot to be able to keep the current website running and, after consultation with the Wit-Gele Kruis, to be able to complete the necessary change requests in the field of web design. For this, it must be skilled in UI design, UX design, front-end development and back-end development. In addition, efficient follow-up of maintenance and hosting is also the responsibility of the service provider of this lot. - Lot 2 “Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) websites managed by Wit-Gele Kruis” The service provider of this lot must be an expert in search engine optimization (SEO). In collaboration with the supplier from lot 1 and with the web team of the White-Yellow Cross, they take the right actions to make the White-Yellow Cross rank well for the right keywords. - Lot 3 "Online advertising" Explanation: We expect the service provider of this lot to have extensive knowledge in the field of online advertising. At the moment, the activities mainly focus on Google advertising (SEA, displays, video ads,...), but this can certainly be supplemented in the future with other innovative ways of online advertising. - Lot 4 ‘Web analytics, Tag Manager and dashboarding’ The service provider of this lot has extensive knowledge of web analytics (not only Google Analytics), Tag managers and dashboarding capabilities. Based on this background, he helps the White-Yellow Cross to make the right analyses. He can set up the necessary technical settings himself or knows how to brief the web agency on this.
