The general objective to which this action contributes is as follows: support the development and sustainable transformation of Chad’s key agri-food systems, in line with the Global Gateway strategy, with a particular focus on increasing the incomes of women and young people in secondary cities and their agricultural production basins. The specific objectives of this contract are to: - Specific objective 1: structure the value chains identified in the N’Djamena-Douala strategic corridor in a sustainable and inclusive way at the level of production, processing and marketing at local, national and regional level, including support and development of agri-food SMEs. - Specific objective 2: improve the vocational training system, in terms of accessibility, quality and labour market relevance of curricula in the agri-food sector.
