This consultation concerns the insurance of the vehicle fleet of the Communauté d'Agglomération Nîmes Métropole .As part of this consultation, the Communauté d'Agglomération de Nîmes Métropole acts as contracting authority. The framework agreement was concluded following an open tender procedure, pursuant to Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
