Description

The subject matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. Point 1(1) of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991, covering in particular:
A. timber harvesting and grading;
B. forest farming;
C. forest conservation;
D. forest fire protection;
E. Tourism forest management;
Nursery, seeding and selection
F. Porting in the Forest District and the Forest Education Centre of the University of Letnisko (including lawn mowing, maintenance of trees, black snow with salt/sand mixing of commuters, car parks and pedestrians, and other minor maintenance works for the encumbered properties);
G. Landing;
H. trimming of hedges;
I. cleaning of the premises of the Forest Educational Centre in the University of Litnia and Radom Forest District;
J. Conservation and emergency works;
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 9 to these specifications.
The contracting authority shall not allow variants within the meaning of Article 2(7) of the Public Procurement Act.
