Description

The contracting authority carries out a variety of surveying activities each year. The work is carried out to build up data bases in rural and urban/built-up areas. The contracting authority intends to conclude framework agreements with 5 lots. Three parties will serve as primary supplier, the remaining 2 parties as secondary suppliers.
The contracting authority’s objective of this project is to carry out surveying work to build up data and resources of the surface water system in rural and urban/built-up areas.
The contracting authority intends to conclude framework agreements with 5 lots for a duration of 2 years, with the contracting authority having a maximum of 2 times the possibility to extend the contract for 12 months. 3 parties will serve as primary supplier, 2 parties as secondary suppliers. The envisaged effective date of the agreements is 12.10.2015.
On the basis of historical figures and estimates for the coming years, an estimate has been made of the total value of the framework contract. The estimated total value of the framework contract is EUR 360 000. This includes the project “profile measurements of watercourses”. No rights can be derived from these estimated figures.
The call for tenders is not divided into lots. The reason for this lies in the fact that almost all assignments are uniform and similar in nature.
