Description

Die Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) ist Eigentümerin des von ihr als
Unternehmenszentrale genutzten Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäudes mit Tiefgarage in der Bramfelder Straße 140
in Hamburg.
Mit dem Projekt "Rotundenumbau BT01+02" beabsichtigt die TK nun, die Rotunden in Bauteil 1 und Bauteil 2
der Unternehmenszentrale nach den näheren Vorgaben in den Vergabe- und Vertragsunterlagen umzubauen und hier ebenfalls eine Strangsanierung durchzuführen. Die TK plant die hier ausgeschriebenen Umbau- und
Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen in drei aufeinanderfolgenden Bauabschnitten wie folgt durchzuführen:
Die Arbeiten insgesamt werden ab Herbst 2022 ausgeführt.
Leistungsgegenstand ist hier der Umbau und die Renovierung im Zusammenhang mit Systemtrennwänden.
