Description

The contract shall include an optional tranche defined in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. Following the end of the SARE programme (end of 2024) and the OPAHs (May 2026), SNA wishes to engage in the new ANAH scheme: the "Programme of general interest - Pact territorial France Rénov'" (PIG - PT FR'), which allows SNA to take over the information and advisory missions of the Espace Conseil France Rénov' and to replace the former OPAH for the support of housing owners in their work (energy renovation, adaptation to ageing or disability, fight against unworthy housing and renovation of condominiums). To do this, a public market consultation is launched with a view to commissioning a design office.
