Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. Point 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 2129, as amended The ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, tourism management, grassland management, maintenance of small retention reservoirs, road maintenance and logging, to be carried out in the ‘Śnieżka’ Forest District in 2020.The subject-matter of the contract covers the total number of work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, tourist forest management, grassland management, maintenance of small retention tanks, road maintenance and the extraction and scraping of wood as set out in Annex 3 to the ToR. The material scope set out in Annex 3 to the ToR is estimated.
