Description

Contracts for the replacement and installation of elevators throughout the heritage of PARTENORD Habitat. The contracts are concluded in application of the Public Order Code of April 1, 2019. This consultation is a framework agreement with single-contracted order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code of 1 April 2019. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount per lot (see annex to the CCP). The framework agreement consists of two geographical lots, each of which will be the subject of a contract. PARTENORD HABITAT limits the number of prizes that can be awarded to each candidate to one (1). Since the same candidate may not be awarded more than one lot, if his tenders are selected, he will be awarded the geographical area in his order of preference. The framework agreement with order forms is concluded for an initial period of up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of its notification (provisional start date 1 October 2025) to 31 December 2026 and is tacitly renewable one (1) time twenty-four (24) months, i.e. until 31 December 2028.
