La présente consultation est passée selon la procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. Marché à bons de commande. Compte tenu du volume incertain de commandes, le présent marché à bons de commande est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 900 000 euro(s) HT pour l'ensemble des lots et pour la durée du marché conformément aux articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 et suivant du Code de la Commande Publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées Marché d'un an renouvelable 3 fois. Il prend effet à compter de la date de notification du marché
