Description

An air operator should be entitled to operate scheduled passenger flights on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria holding a valid Air Carrier License pursuant to Regulation (EC) № 1008/2008 and a valid Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) issued under the terms and conditions of Regulation (EU) № 965/2012, in accordance with the European and national aviation legislation in force. The flights will be operated on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, namely from Burgas airport to Sofia airport and vice versa – from Sofia airport to Burgas airport. There will be 3 (three) flights per week.
