Description

Acquisition of equipment by on-site delivery, installation, entry into service with official markings, transcription in the name of the owner and/or keeper and training of handling personnel. Devices shall comply with the minimum requirements set out in the technical specifications. All costs related to the supply, entry into service and re-registration of official signs shall be included in the purchase price. Pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree No 487/2015 (X.30.), the Government Decree stipulates that the reference in the invitation to tender and in the procurement documents to the make, origin, type of thing, procedure, activity, person, patent or trade mark specified was made only in order to clearly define the nature of the object and the term ‘or equivalent’ is to be understood as meaning ‘or equivalent’. The AT is responsible for demonstrating equivalence. AK accepts products and related services equivalent to the above. Please note that the Duna-Vértes Köze Regional Waste Management Association is entitled to a full personal duty exemption under Section 5(1)(b) of Act XCIII of 1990 on duties.
