Description

Contract notice for a general project management mission comprising architectural, civil engineering services with mobility expertise and technical engineering services, with a view to concluding a negotiated contract in connection with the project to build a car park in Rumelange. In general, the following services are an integral part of the general project management mission: • Architectural studies and general design of the project; • Internal coordination of the project management group; • Engineering studies in civil engineering with mobility expertise, including exterior fittings, vehicle and pedestrian access, active mobility link, connections to networks, internal roads and connection to existing roads (N33); • Engineering studies in technical engineering including the installations necessary for the operation of the car park (in particular lighting, power supply, photovoltaic installation, lift and technical equipment); • Preparation and follow-up of the dossiers required for applications for authorisation from the competent authorities, in particular the Roads and Bridges Administration; • Study and integration of archaeology constraints, where appropriate; • Study of external developments taking into account environmental constraints and light pollution. The following services (non-exhaustive list) are not part of this contract and may, if necessary, be carried out by the City of Rumelange or entrusted to third-party offices: • Safety and Health Coordination Mission (SHC); • Supervising Office; • Approved body; • Mission commodo/incommodo; • Topographic survey; • Geotechnical campaign and soil pollution survey; • Drawing up an inventory; • Ecological assessment.
