The object of the procurement is a Nexstim NBS System 5 rTMS device for a neuromodulation unit in psychiatry. The rTMS device to be procured must also be able to serve as a backup device for the clinical neurophysiology unit for neurosurgical surveys. Nexstim's device is the only one on the market with the CE marking for neurosurgical preoperative cortical mapping. Nexstim's device has a patented navigation system that shows both the strength and direction of the electric field in the object of stimulation.
