Description

In accordance with Section 98 of the Act, the public contract is divided into two lots, the first being the supply of office paper and the second part consisting of the supply of other office supplies. The subject matter of both lots shall be specified by the contracting authority in annexes to the binding draft contracts. The contracting authority shall provide a description of each item in the documents referred to above, together with its parameters. The quantity of office paper and other office supplies taken will depend on the actual operational needs of the contracting authority. In the light of past experience, the contracting authority shall indicate in the annexes to the binding draft contracts the expected quantity and structure of the abstraction over the next 4 years, although the actual quantities may differ from the quantity envisaged.
