Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka bezkontaktního 3D profilometru pro vyhodnocování topografie povrchů součástí z libovolných pevných materiálů (kov, sklo, keramika atd.), měření tlouštěk tenkých vrstev (včetně transparentních). Zařízení musí být ovládáno počítačem a musí umožňovat automatizovaná měření a stanovení uvedených parametrů povrchů v souladu s normou ISO 251 78, a to nedestruktivní bezkontaktní metodou. Zařízení musí být schopno vyhodnocovat širokou škálu povrchů od velmi hladkých povrchů s drsností v řádu desetin nanometru po drsnosti v řádu desítek mikrometrů.
