— Heltai Jenő tér 1 building (Békásmegyeri Básárcsar): performs the guard functions according to the technical specifications (land 15 930 m², useful floor area of the building: 4 963 m²) only the hall and the Gazd office are expected to be kept until autumn 2018. The rest of the land is currently a building site.
