Description

The consultation concerns the award of several agreements for the temporary occupation of public property intended for the operation of several cafeterias of the University of Rennes: Campus de Beaulieu and Campus Centre in Rennes. Its purpose is to define the terms of occupation of a commercial premises arranged and redeveloped for the operation of several cafeterias located in Rennes (35), offering on-site catering and take-away sales for students, staff and users of the University of Rennes. This is an open consultation with publicity and competition according to the conditions set out in the Consultation Regulation, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2122-1-1 to L. 2122-1-4 of the General Code of Ownership of Public Persons. In return for making the premises and equipment available, the occupant must pay each year a fee according to the fixed flat-rate share defined for each lot and a variable share equal to a percentage of the total turnover excluding VAT achieved by the cafeterias.
