D-Würzburg: architectural and related services
The City of Würzburg is planning to rehabilitate and attract the existing Nautiland bath to a family recreational bath with the recreational, sports and sauna components.
Indoor, the existing 25 m sports basin with a three-m spring tower and the educational swimming pool are to be maintained or rehabilitated. A new indoor attraction pool with approx. 250 – 350 m² of water is intended to complement the offer. In addition, a new mother-child and grandslide are to be planned.
In the exterior, a new attraction pond and a young children’s pond will be created, while the existing outer basin should be maintained in part. Depending on design and design, the existing free basin shall be treated. The new sauna area will consist of four sauna booths and a steam bath and will largely integrate as outdoor sunshine in the landscape park. Provision should be made for an attractive food service for all sectors.
The basis for the draft is compliance with the EnEV2012 and the project costs (KGR 200-7700) must not exceed the ceiling of EUR 12500000 gross.
The existing bath is due to be closed at the end of 2 012 in order to allow the works to be completed in one construction phase until the end of 2014.
