This service contract relates to the appointment of a project author for the development of the Low-Line project and the transversals to the tram. This is a service contract for the preparation of the project linked to the 2021-2027 ERDF programming, axis 5 concerning the implementation of the Low-line project, soft mode link, between Herstal station and the ACEC site as well as the realization of transversals from this Low-line to the new tram link or in connection with the RaVEL on the waterfront and line 76 in Herstal.
