Description

1.The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of 5 two-column lifts, including: 3 pieces of lifts with a lifting capacity of 5t, 2 pieces of lifts with a lifting capacity of 3.5t, at the WT service station together with the necessary construction works in the scope of making a resin protection mounting plate, making an electrical installation, drawing up relevant documentation and obtaining approval by the UDT. 2. Lifting requirements:1) Lifts should be electromechanically driven, 2) Flat floor between columns, 3) Lifting height min 1.9m, 4) Lifting capacity min 5000kg for 5t lifts, 5) Lifting capacity min 3500kg for 3.5t lifts, 6) Arms: movable, telescopic, broken with twisted supports.3. The assembly consists of: 1) Preparation of the floor for the mounting plate, 2) Execution of the plate in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer of the offered lift, 3) Execution of power supply for the lift, 4) Protection of the floor around the lifts with resin, 5) Installation of the lift with commissioning, 6) Preparation of relevant documentation and obtaining approval by the UDT. 4. The Contractor undertakes to provide free service (service) of the offered assortment during the warranty period. The scope of the contract and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Chapter IV, points 1-3 of Annex 1 - Specifications of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract (SWZ) and in the model contract.
