Description

The National Lottery wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier for the operational leasing of vehicles with an MMA of less than three thousand five hundred (3,500) kilograms for a standard period of four (4) years (which may however be shortened or extended according to needs if the National Lottery deems it useful for the optimization of costs during this period) and with a monthly rent in closed calculation throughout the duration of the contract. The National Lottery currently has a fleet of two hundred and eighty (280) vehicles under operational leasing. Approximately twenty percent (25%) of vehicles are replaced each year. This estimate, based on historical information, aims to give the most balanced indication of the expected size of the market. The actual magnitude may differ due to various factors. No duty can therefore be deducted from this estimate. The market may also include the delivery of temporary cars that will be used as waiting cars or cars for temporary projects.
