Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of the Maintenance and Warranty Service of the Wrocław School Libraries System (‘the System’) and the Tooling Software during the Warranty Period, comprising: a) maintenance and warranty service, b) technical support, c) handling Applications, d) free update of the System in the event of publication of a new version - at least once a year (the service can be performed remotely by the Contractor), if necessary immediate update after the detection of security defects, e) access to new functionalities within each new version of the System, f) online training on changes in the new version of the System for all operators, in the number of 3 training courses (3 clock hours + breaks) during the contract, recording of training made available to the Ordering Party, g) training at the premises of the Ordering Party for a group of up to 16 people (the room provides the Ordering Party) in the number of 15 training days (6 clock hours + breaks) during the contract, including: h) - training for new entrants i) - thematic training: losses, correct work in the elaboration, MARC21 j) implementation of the System in the new school + individual training in the facility, 3 facilities during the term of the contract, k) ensuring compliance of the System with the provisions of common law, in particular with the provisions indicated in § 3 of Annex No. 2, l) access to the service with the User Documentation, updated after each publication of the new version, m) access to the e-learning system for all operators, n) update of the Technical Documentation, o) renewal of the service support of the manufacturer of Citrix XenDesktop and Progress software for the duration of the contract, p) warranty service of Progress and Citrix XenDesktop tool software. 2. The Contracting Authority informs that the Wrocław School Libraries System was delivered under Agreement No 24/2018/Z of 30 July 2018 concluded between the Municipality of Wrocław represented by the Director of the Centre for Practical Education (name of the Contracting Authority before the transformation – current name: Centre of Vocational Training Institutions in Wrocław), and Sygnity Business Solutions Spółka Akcyjna. It follows from this agreement that the proprietary copyrights to the Wrocław School Libraries System belong to Sygnity Business Solutions Spółka Akcyjna. 3. In connection with the wording of the paragraph. 2 The Contractor is obliged to obtain and submit together with the offer a statement from Sygnity Business Solution Spółka Akcyjna confirming that the Contractor holds proprietary copyrights, has the source codes of the Wrocław School Libraries System and is an entity authorized to use and grant licenses for the Wrocław School Libraries System and make its changes/modifications.
