Consultation lancée en groupement de commandes. - TOULOUSE METROPOLE - Commune de TOULOUSE L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction et les options (prestations similaires et reconductions). L'objet du marché concerne la mise en oeuvre d'un dispositif permettant de déclarer des travaux, de transmettre ces déclarations aux exploitants de réseaux, de réceptionner les réponses reçues, de les consulter et d'archiver l'ensemble des déclarations ainsi que leur suivi. Les démarches suivantes doivent être prises en charge : - Déclarations de Travaux (DT) - Déclarations d'Intention de Commencement de Travaux (DICT) - Déclarations DT/DICT conjointes - Avis de Travaux Urgents (ATU) - Récépissés des DT et des DICT - Recommandés de relances en l'absence de réponse de l'exploitant
