Description

WGA own risk carrier insurance (Rehabilitation of Partial Labour Accidents) Municipality of Oude IJsselregio.
In the case of WGA ownership, the employer is directly responsible for financing the WGA benefits attributable to the employer (up to 10 years after granting). The obligation to reintegrate is also transferred from UWV to the employer after a WGA has been granted. In order to cover the risks associated with WGA property ownership, the municipality wishes to take out a WGA own risk carrier Insurance. This is a private insurance scheme for the financing of the fixed WGA imputable to the employer and WGA flex benefits.
N.B.: This call for tender/publication TN 200994 replaces TN 200166 (dated 17.10.2018 and 19.10.2018). In the last publication referred to above, the possibility of registering via TenderNed had not been opened by mistake. This has been updated with this publication. The content of the two calls for tenders is identical.
