Description

Bei der Errichtung des Kammergebäudes handelt es sich um einen Neubau. Der Neubau ist als freistehendes, eingeschossiges Gebäude ohne Keller geplant. Das Gebäude ist mit einer Höhe von weniger als 7 m und mehr als zwei Nutzungseinheiten von insgesamt mehr als 400 m² gem. LBO-SH §2 (4) in die Gebäudeklasse 3 einzustufen. Montage einer Blitzschutzanlage auf einem maximal 8° geneigten Dach. ca. 600 m Fangleitung mit zugehörigen Dachhaltern sowie Wandhaltern. Erstellung Fundamenterdungsanlage (ca. 600 m) sowie Ringerdungsanlage (ca. 500 m).
