Description

Accompanying painting in connection with the renovation of a scientific institute in the field of fire protection. All works are recorded for the entire construction period of approximately 4 years and in current operation; only the sub-areas concerned will be blocked. Painting and cartoning work on small surfaces, repair work, including the necessary construction site installation. Painting work on inspection valves and standing sheet steel doors, including frames. According to the CB, the repainting works are carried out, where possible, in aggregated construction stages. Specific reference to tenderers’ questions due to specific external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or Ukraine War): In drawing up your tender, please take into account any potential or identifiable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, labour, any delay in providing the required evidence, impact on possible subcontractors, etc. We would be grateful if you could have any questions in this connection to submit a period of execution via the eProcurement messaging system in good time before the tender deadline: Execution must begin within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the AG (§5Abs. The second sentence of the VOB/B) will be sent to you in advance by 2 January 2024. The service must be completed (to be ready for acceptance): within 880 working days of the above deadline
