Description

The Maualimentation ZAC, established by a decision of the Municipal Council on 3.3.2011, is primarily a habitat. It also provides for a strengthening of commercial activity, as well as the creation of public spaces.
The Maumeal SAC has an area of around 5.3 hectares, today largely on agricultural land, in line with the Corbion district. The planned construction programme provides for the completion of approximately:
200 dwellings, i.e. 17 000 to 18 000 square metres of floor areas
3 500 square metres of floor area of commercial surfaces.
As part of the implementation of its city project, the City of Mitry-Mory wishes to create a new urbanisation area located on the south-west city entrance of the Bourg district: the concerted planning area (ZAC), known as the Maumeal area.
This sector of around 5 hectares, which is largely agricultural, is intended for a development project which will mainly accommodate housing and a strengthening of commercial activity, as a continuation of the land use of the adjacent urban area.
Procedure for development concessions subject to Community contract law pursuant to Articles L300-1 and L300-4 and Articles R300-4 to R300-11 of the Urban Planning Code.
The contract-holder will be responsible for carrying out the fitting-out operation and financing it.
In view of the nature of the development operation and the fact that the concessionaire assumes the economic risk of the operation, the municipality of Mitry-Mory applied the procedure relating to development concessions subject to Community concession law.
