Description

The object of the concession is the operation of the water supply network throughout the city of Mettmann. The City of Mettmann announces that the water concession agreement concluded with Stadtwerke Düsseldorf will expire on 31 December 2027. The city of Mettmann intends to conclude a new concession contract for the water supply network of the entire urban area of the city of Mettmann with a maximum term of 40 years on 1 January 2028. The installations in question for the provision and distribution of the water are currently owned by Stadtwerke Düsseldorf. Undertakings interested in concluding a water concession contract are hereby invited to submit their expression of interest within the time limit for receipt of expressions of interest set out in this Notice.
