Specialized security, monitoring and intervention services for STT Constanta objectives. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20. The contracting entity will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information from , as follows: - on the 11th calendar day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications sent by economic operators by the deadline set, in accordance with Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016, and the contracting entity will not comply with requests for clarifications sent after the deadline set above or requested by other means of communication than that set out in the contract notice. Note: when calculating the deadline for requesting/responsing clarifications expressed in days, the closing date for the submission of tenders shall not be taken into account.
