Description

Feed oats. This product will be used in the production of animal feed. VAT rate according to the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the Law on VAT. Order volume 25 tons. The subject of the contract should meet the above-mentioned quality parameters: ‱ maximum moisture content up to 14%, ‱ protein min.11%, ‱ no inorganic impurities, ‱ no impurities from other cereal and plant species, ‱ no storage pests, ‱ no mouldy and overgrown grains, ‱ specific odour, colour appropriate to the species. Feed oats may be imported from countries where the African swine fever virus is not known to be present, as well as from areas in Poland where the African swine fever virus is not known to be present. Each delivery must be accompanied by a product quality certificate. The Ordering Party is a taxpayer of agricultural tax and will use the ordered product for its own needs.
