The procurement concerns the maintenance and further development of the current system of forest management recommendations (hereinafter also "MHS-Digi") ("Service"). The service also includes the transfer of the system if the current supplier changes. MHS-Dig includes a content management system, an interface service, an AI chatbot and a web interface. The current system is described in more detail in Annex 1 and Annex 10. The maintenance and development work will be carried out with the current technologies, unless otherwise agreed. The content management system is based on Drupal, the interface is implemented with GraphQL and REST and the web interface with NextJS Framework. The system is managed by Kubernetes in cloud architecture. Further development will focus on improving AI functionality, introducing new data content and general functionality improvements. The content of the further development is described in more detail in Annex 1. The procurement volumes indicated in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute an obligation for the subscriber to purchase a quantity or an exclusive right for the Supplier to provide a service. The contract period starts from the signing of the framework contract and is valid for 4 years (48 months).
