Description

1. The subject of the contract is: supply of a set of evaporators and pumps with chillers for removing solvents. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the sale, delivery, assembly and installation by an authorized manufacturer's service of all elements of a set of evaporators and pumps with chillers for removing solvents at the Employer's headquarters and training of the Employer's staff in the operation of the delivered devices. 2. The detailed scope of the subject The subject is defined in the following annexes: 1) Annex 1A to the SWZ – Form ‘Summary of costs of the contract’; 2) Annex 8 to the SWZ – Technical parameters. This contract is implemented as part of the project entitled: “Development of research infrastructure in innovative areas of pharmaceutical and low-carbon technologies under Łukasiewicz – IChP – “Kampus Mościcki” [implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP)].

Wskazanie wyższego niż maksymalny okresu gwarancji nie będzie skutkowało odrzuceniem oferty, ale maksymalna ilość punktów jaką Wykonawca może osiągnąć w tym kryterium, przyznawana będzie jak za okres 60 miesięczny (w tym przypadku Zamawiający wstawi do ww. wzoru OGb = 60), przy czym w przypadku zawarcia umowy z tym Wykonawcą w umowie zostanie wpisany zaoferowany okres gwarancji; 3) Maksymalna ilość punktów, jaką Wykonawca może uzyskać w ww. kryterium wynosi 40 punktów. Szczegółowy opis ww. kryterium został określony w Rozdz. XIV Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
