Description

Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by flat-rate prices. The purpose of this consultation is a project management mission for the renovation of the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Départemental (CRD) Place Saint-Jean in Saint Omer on an area of approximately 1050m2 of floor space. The rehabilitation of the building will aim at the BBC Effinergie labeling tertiary renovation. The works concern the complete renovation of the building with a view to re-accommodating the CRD. The main functions to be found are as follows: - The renovation of the auditorium room identically, - The establishment of two large rooms to accommodate about fifty people (around 100 m2 each), - The other available spaces will be arranged with individual practice rooms or group classrooms, - The necessary annexes and clearances.
